It was evening, there was nothing. Wrote a script to find files phpinfo.php. Was investigated 36.804 sites Runet on 1.725 found a file phpinfo.php with the function phpinfo (~ 4.69%).
As you can see, not all webmasters know the simple truth - hacking the site begins with collecting information about the server.
A similar test of foreign sites showed that our foreign colleagues is more prudent: studied 166.652 sites, phpinfo.php found at 3.923 (~ 2.35%) .

UPD. Few of the generalized statistics.
In RuNet from 1.725 websites register_globals is enabled on the 941 (~ 54.5%), safe_mode on 106 (~ 6.1%)
B Burzhunete from 3.923 websites register_globals is enabled on the 1,457 (~ 37.1%), safe_mode on 195 (~ 5%)
